Terms of Consignment

Silver Creek Equestrian Club, LLC assumes NO liability or responsibility in case of death or injury. All damages and expenses (vet, farrior, board, etc.) are the responsibility of the owner. In an emergency situation, all attempts to contact the owner will be made. If the owner cannot be reached, Silver Creek Equestrian Club, LLC, will make all decisions.

All information provided to Silver Creek Equestrian Club, LLC is to the best of the owner's knowledge. SCEC, LLC permission to sell the above horse to any buyer they see fit. All sales are final.

The above horse will be left with Silver Creek Equestrian Club, LLC for the total of 30 days. If the horse is picked up prior to the consignment expiration date, the owner is liable for all expenses (farrior, vet, grooming, exercising, etc.) plus $10/day boarding.

At the end of the consignment period where a buyer has not been found , the horse must be picked up and all expenses paid. If parties agree, horse owner and Silver Creek, the consignment period can be renewed for an additional 30 days once all expenses have been paid.

After the consignment period, if the horse is sold to anyone for which Silver Creek Equestrian Club, LLC campaigned the horse; all commissions and fees will be due within 15 days to Silver Creek Equestrian Club. LLC.

Members 10% of sales price

Non-members 15% of sales price
