Working Student Form
In agreement with the Camp Director and my parents, I accept the position of a Working Student during Camp Silver Creek activities that will include assisting instructors with the daily curriculum.
I understand that I will be responsible for duties assigned during the day that could include normal barn chores and working with campers under instruction. I understand that I will be in the position of a Senior camper, which is a ‘role model' for beginning campers and junior members that will be required to set the right example by following and upholding all rules and regulations.
A discounted daily fee for services rendered will apply toward my camp tuition at the same rate as the ‘after-school' fee which is $5 a day. This allows a $20 a day discount for members with their own horse or on the lease program, and a $30 discount for members using Silver Creek horses.
I understand that I must select and commit to specific days that I will work and understand that I must find a replacement for my assigned schedule if I must be absent for any reason.

Liability: For and in consideration of my participation in the activities on the premises of SILVER CREEK EQUESTRIAN CLUB, LLC shall be free from liability claims, charges, expenses for damages and/or suits for or by any reason of injury/death/damage from any cause whatsoever while upon this property.
